From 20 to 24 April 2026, Prof. Bistra Vassileva, PhD, Vice-Rector for Research, Innovation and Professional Development at the University of Economics – Varna, carried out a teaching mobility at Universidad Argentina de la Empresa (UADE) in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
The visit was implemented within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme and aimed to further strengthen the long-standing partnership between the two institutions.
During the mobility, Prof. Vassileva delivered lectures to students enrolled in Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes. The topics of the lectures were “The Application of Artificial Intelligence in Integrated Marketing Communications” and “Cross-Cultural Communication in Global Business”.
As part of the visit, a series of working meetings were held with representatives of the university’s academic leadership, the Research Department, and the Director of the Business School.
The discussions focused on exploring the opportunities for developing joint research projects, academic exchange initiatives, and educational programmes between the partner institutions. A fundamental aspect of the discussions was identifying priority areas for future collaboration in research and innovation.
The management of UADE Business School expressed interest in the development of a joint Master's programme leading to a double degree, while representatives of the Research Department indicated their willingness to establish future collaboration with the research groups of the Research Institute at the University of Economics – Varna.
The mobility was carried out under excellent conditions and contributed to strengthening the academic ties between the University of Economics – Varna and its partners in Argentina.
Prof. Vassileva’s visit expanded the opportunities for future cooperation between the University of Economics – Varna and UADE in the fields of education, research, and academic exchange, while further reinforcing the University’s leading role in building and developing international academic partnerships.
