For all tutors, service employees and PhD students the registration at the Library takes places after authorized acceptance of their application is issued.
The new student arrivals (bachelor and masters) are registered at the Lending Department in the Library (5th floor) after displaying proof of student identification and payment receipt.
The fee for acquiring a reader’s card is 3 lv and payment is taken at the University’s cash reception (2nd floor, room 231). The issued reader’s card allows access to the Library’s services (entree to the reader’s area, copy machine services, lend and return service of literature material) and is valid until the end of the reader’s academic commitments.
In case of loss, the reader’s card is reissued at a fee of 6 lv at the University’s cash desk.
The reader’s registration runs actively and the profile is updated when changes apply to the reader’s: address, course or faculty number.
All external readers can use Library when presenting proof of identification and a payment receipt issued by the University’s cash desk. The fees are the following: 10 lv daily fee; 20 lv weekly fee and 40 lv monthly fee.
For students and the impaired: 5 lv daily fee, 10 lv weekly fee, and 20 lv monthly fee.
When leaving the University, in order to receive library clearance certificate, the reader must present his/her student ID and reader’s card to be taken off the system.
