Nearly 40 students from more than 15 countries in and outside Europe will spend this winter semester under the Erasmus+ programme at the University of Economics - Varna. Most of the international students who chose UE - Varna are from Germany, Spain, Belgium, Italy, and France.
The International Relation Office organizes Welcome days for the newly arrived students. During the two informational (adaptation) days, they will have the opportunity to explore the university building and learn more about the history of the university. Individual meetings will also be held with IRO representatives who are in charge of the incoming mobilities. International Relation Office is organizing a special Bulgarian evening for them. During the event, typical Bulgarian customs, rituals, practices, and a folklore programme will be presented. In addition, there will be an interactive entertainment, through which interesting facts about Bulgaria will be learned. The purpose of this is to welcome international students and integrate them into a close-knit student community.
