University of Economics – Varna has joined another renowned global higher education network, Businet, as its only Bulgarian member.
Businet was established in 1987 by a group of higher education business institutions focused on international business programmes development and keen on promoting mobility opportunities for their faculty and students. Currently the organisation is represented in 35 countries and it has 145 members.
Businet is a network of innovative institutions and interesting people; it has evolved as a marketplace of ideas for international business educators, connecting like-minded people who work towards HE internationalization.
The network acts as an ‘incubator’ for cross-border cooperation, providing an environment that promotes sharing of ideas and good practices and encourages the collaboration of like-minded people and organizations.
