The EUROsociAL+ programme for social cohesion in Latin America is holding an international photography contest in search for unique perspectives on the social and cultural reality in which both Latin America and Europe are immersed.
The main aim of the „Miradas Cruzadas“ competiton (Crossed Looks) is to offer varied panoramic viewpoints on the similarities and differencies in the ways in which societies recover from the COVID-19 pandemic, with a focus on the opposition between social distancing and social cohesion.
One does not have to be a professional photographer to participate and the deadline for submission of photographs is 31 May 2022.
The photographs will be judged based on quality, subject matter, and adaptation of the set topic. Selected photographs will be included in a photobook, as well as in an exhibition which will take place at Factoría de Arte y Desarrollo (The Art and Development Factory”) in Madrid.
