Expected knowledge and skills after acquiring qualification:
Training in major “Human Resources Management” aims to formulate solid theoretical knowledge along with a strong practical orientation. It gives specific knowledge and skills in carrying out activities, related to planning, constituting, learning, development, career, evaluation, remuneration and human relationship in the company. Special attention is dedicated to strategic management of human resources, labor relations, creation and use of information systems, related to human resources management, effective employee motivation. The programme includes traineeship which gives opportunity for regular meeting with human resources managers and specialist, who work in leading Bulgarian companies, representative of the Bulgarian Human Resources Association.

Employment opportunities upon graduation:
Graduates have the opportunity for widen professional realization in Bulgaria and abroad. With the acquired knowledge and skills they are able to work successfully in state and municipal institutions, foundations, private Bulgarian or foreign companies in the sphere of commerce, hospitality and tourism, construction business, transport, industrial business, agriculture, and etc. They can work as:
