The International Relations Office organizes the traditional Bulgarian evening for incoming students under the Erasmus+ program for the winter semester of the 2024/2025 academic year.
The students were welcomed in the old Bulgarian tradition with bread, salt, and honey.
During the event, various folklore traditions related to Bulgarian history were presented. The students had the opportunity to participate in an interactive game and demonstrate their knowledge of our country’s history. The best performers were awarded.
The “Bulgarka” ensemble participated in the Bulgarian evening, presenting traditional Bulgarian dances and rituals. The students actively participated in the folklore program, and the culmination of the evening was the performance of the traditional Bulgarian horo dance by all the guests at the event.
