On 15 October 2026 at 2:00 p.m., in Hall 1 at the University of Economics – Varna and online via meet.google.com/tpp-gshj-zfk, we will welcome Daniel Doppler. Our speaker is an entrepreneur, an internationally recognized expert in hospitality technology, and a guest lecturer at ESSEC Business School. He will deliver a talk entitled “The Power of Structured Data in Hospitality.”
The session will demonstrate how structured information is becoming a strategic asset for the hospitality industry – from improving online visibility and presence on AI-powered platforms to enhancing guest communication and increasing direct bookings. Through practical examples and best practices from the international hospitality industry, Daniel Doppler will trace the journey from collecting and centralizing data to using it across websites, booking platforms, applications, AI assistants, and other digital channels.
How can a hotel become “visible” to artificial intelligence? Why does accurate and consistent information across all channels matter? How can details that may seem insignificant at first prove decisive when guests choose and book a hotel? And how can technology simultaneously help increase revenue and reduce operating costs?
