The doctoral workshop “Publishing in Top Management & Business Journals”, organized by the University of Economics – Varna, was successfully concluded on 27 August 2026 in Room 322. The training format brought together doctoral students, early‑career researchers, as well as faculty members from the University of Economics – Varna, who received guidance on good practices, methodological requirements, and standards for publishing in established international academic journals.

The lecturer of the event was Assoc. Prof. Velinov, visiting the University of Economics – Varna under the CEEPUS programme and representative of the School of Business, UCT Prague. During his visit, a series of working meetings were held with the Vice‑Rector for Research, Innovation and Professional Development – Prof. Dr. Bistra Vasileva, as well as with representatives of various university units. Thanks to Assoc. Prof. Velinov, contact was also established with Prof. Karina Jensen from UCN Aalborg, Denmark, during a dedicated working meeting where opportunities for concluding an agreement between the two universities were discussed, along with prospects for partnership in projects under Key Action 2 of the Erasmus+ programme. In parallel, possibilities for expanding and strengthening partnerships with the universities represented by Assoc. Prof. Velinov – School of Business, UCT Prague, Newton University and RISEBA – were also discussed. The key points included joint training initiatives, mobilities under the Erasmus+ programme, as well as prospects for future research projects.
