Representatives of the University of Economics – Varna took part in the Third International Staff Week at The Universitat Jaume I, Spain, last week.
Valentina Yordanova, Exchange Programmes Coordinator at the International Relations Office at UE – Varna, and Darina Ivanova, member of the Human Resourses team, were among the 54 international participants at the event.
The Universitat Jaume I is one of UE – Varna’s newest partners and participation in the International Staff Week was an opportunity for the University to strengthen this partnership.
UE – Varna’s representatives introduced the University to the other participants in the event, which sparked interest among them about the opportunities the University offers to its exchange and foreign students. The many seminars and the round tables, conducted during the event, allowed UE – Varna to widen its international partner network.
The results can already be seen - Henallux University, Belgium, whose Erasmus+ Mobility Coordinator took part in the International Staff Week at The Universitat Jaume I, has asked UE – Varna to host two additional Erasmus+ students during the next academic year.
