INVITATION FOR FOREIGN ACADEMIC STAFF MEMBERS
of higher education institutions, participating as associated partners of University of Economics - Varna under Project №BG05M2OP001-2.016-0002 (EDUTransform)”, funded by Operational program „Science and Education for Smart Growth“, co-funded by the European Social Fund.

Activity 16 „Incoming mobility of foreign teachers for the purpose of teaching“ foresees the implementation of incoming mobility of teachers from the associated partners under the EDUTransform project to the University of Economics - Varna. The incoming mobilities are for the purpose of teaching, as the teaching work can refer to any thematic area / academic discipline laid down in the curricula of majors offered by University of Economics – Varna within Professional fields (PF) 3.8 Economics and 4.6 Informatics and computer sciences.
Working language for teaching work is English language.
Audience – Bulgarian and foreign students if University of Economics – Varna.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
The minimum amount of teaching work according to the duration of incoming mobility is as follows:

3 months - min. 90 hours of teaching work;

4 months - min. 120 hours of teaching work;

5 months - min. 150 hours of teaching work;
In case of breaks during the stay, the period of interruption is not considered at determining the amount of individual support.

Bucharest University of Economic Studies has a quota for 3 persons;
University of Economics in Bratislava has a quota for 2 persons;
University of Rijeka has a quota for 2 persons;

4 months - a total of 2 mobilities where:
Bucharest University of Economic Studies has a quota for 1 person;
University of Economics in Bratislava has a quota for 1 person;

5 months - a total of 1 mobility where:
Bucharest University of Economic Studies has a quota for 1 person;
Professional field 4.6 INFORMATICS AND COMPUTER SCIENCES:

3 months - a total of 7 mobilities where:
Bucharest University of Economic Studies has a quota for 1 person;
Liepaja University has a quota for 1 person;
Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu has a quote for 3 persons;
University of Pavia has a quote for 2 persons

4 months - a total of 4 mobilities where:
Liepaja University has a quota for 1 person;
Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu has a quote for 3 persons;

5 months - a total of 6 mobilities where:
Liepaja University has a quota for 1 person;
Lucian Blaga University of Sibiu has a quote for 3 persons;
University of Pavia has a quote for 2 persons;
INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT (amount that covers the subsistence of the participants during the period of the activity):
- 3 months - 5,598 EUR
- 4 months - 6,948 EUR
- 5 months - 8,298 EUR
TRAVEL COSTS (the amount for travel expenses is provided once, regardless of the number of interruptions of the stay):
- For a distance of 100 - 499 km.: 180 Euro
- For a distance of 500 to 1999 km.: 275 Euro
PARTICIPATION CRITERIA:
1. The candidate has indicated an indicative period for implementing the teaching mobility.
2. Proficiency level in English language is minimum B2.
3. The candidate has developed teaching materials in English language or Bulgarian language.
4. The candidate has not carried out similar mobility on this project.
